Whether genuine Tyrolean home cooking or creative compositions from distant cuisines, Martin knows how to refine the taste of the region with fine flavours.

His secret? Fresh ingredients, mostly from farmers in Fulpmes and the surrounding area, fragrant herbs from his own garden and a pinch of passion.

From juicy organic steaks from Tyrol to lovingly prepared vegetarian delicacies – every meal here is a tribute to naturalness and authenticity.

And the best thing:

External guests are also very welcome. The half-board menu, which changes daily, invites you to put together your own menu to suit your mood. The same applies to our breakfast - but please don't forget to book in good time.

The day starts at the Auenhof with a breakfast buffet full of treasures from the Stubai Valley. Freshly prepared egg dishes, hearty cheese and sausage specialities, vitamins from the vitality corner and fragrant, oven-fresh bread give you strength for an eventful day in the mountains of Fulpmes.

After a day full of adventure, a special highlight awaits you: enjoy hot delicacies, warming drinks and cosy conversations at the winter barbecue. Your host Harald will be personally at the barbecue for you.
